Dr. Badgley is the primary contact for our Prairie State Insurance Cooperative School Insurance Program. He is a retired school superintendent who really understands the needs, expectations, and financial budget considerations for our local school districts. He has been providing reliable, knowledgeable service to our school districts for over 10 years.
